WooCommerce tasks I handle every day
- Customer emails. “Where is my order?”, product questions, delivery problems and complaints, answered with the order open in front of me.
- Order edits and cancellations. Changing addresses, items and shipping, adding order notes and keeping statuses accurate.
- Refunds. Full and partial refunds processed in WooCommerce in line with your policy.
- Returns and RMAs. Return requests logged, RMAs issued and every case followed through to a refund or replacement.
- Product pages. Writing and updating product descriptions for UK and US customers.
- WordPress housekeeping. Content updates, plugin updates and routine site checks.
Why WooCommerce experience matters
Good support isn’t only about friendly replies. It’s knowing where the order note is, how a partial refund affects the order, and which customer emails need a supplier or a manager. Because I already work inside WooCommerce every day, I can answer and fix the problem in one go, instead of passing it back to you.
He manages customer service, order handling, and RMA processing across my WordPress (WooCommerce) site with the same precision and dedication I praised before — if anything, he’s only gotten better.
Also on Shopify
If you sell on Shopify as well, I can manage orders and customer support there too, so your customers get the same quality of service on every store.
Questions, answered
What access do you need to my WooCommerce store?
Usually WooCommerce’s Shop Manager role is enough to handle orders, refunds and customers, without full administrator access. We can agree exactly what I need before I start.
Can you update product pages as well as answer customers?
Yes. I write and update product pages and descriptions, and handle routine WordPress content updates alongside customer support.
Do you also work with Shopify?
Yes. Most of my work is on WordPress and WooCommerce, and I also manage orders and customer support on Shopify stores.
Can you help with email marketing?
I use Omnisend for email marketing, including segmenting a customer database so campaigns reach the right buyers.
